Oakville students enjoy great outdoors

Oakville Elementary students spent Friday night at the school for the annual OES Campout. Flyers' Club aids north county summer camp

Lindbergh Flyers' Club summer campers recently conducted a bake sale to raise $375 for another area summer camp desperately in need of supplies. Big League Leadership Camp for Kids was vandalized in early July. Vandals damaged bathrooms and stole such supplies as water and snacks from the north county camp, which serves low-income families. Lindbergh students helped by making baked goods together and selling them during lunch. Lindbergh campers also collected a variety of items, including books, games, art supplies, paper goods, water bottles and toys....more >>
