Kiwanis Club honors Student of the Month at Lindbergh High

The Crestwood-Sunset Hills Kiwanis Club recently named Lindbergh High School senior Beth Ortwerth as its Student of the Month. Beth is better known to LHS fans as Lucky Lindy, the Lindbergh Flyers official mascot. Her teachers praise her strong work ethic, positive attitude and respect for others, according to Class of 2017 school counselor Jon Riethmeier. She is a four-year member of the tennis team and has been involved in Tri-M Honor Society and Future Business Leaders of America. She plans to study political science and communications in college.
