September 14, 2005 - The financial-services firm Edward Jones has been ranked first in J.D. Power and Associates' annual survey of customer satisfaction among full-service investors, according to Steve Carani, an investment representative in St. Louis.
The ranking, released as the 2005 Full-Service Investor Satisfaction Study, ranked Edward Jones ahead of 19 other firms.
"I'm thrilled about our placement on the J.D. Power and Associates ranking,'' said Carani. "We are committed to providing the highest level of service to our clients. Everything we do is focused on building and maintaining strong relationships.''
Carani was recently honored by the firm for job performance.
