Warm-weather elements require garden tool protection
May 11, 2005 - No matter what the weather, warmer days mean more exposure to the elements and more uses for powder coating.
Gardeners make good use of powder coated durable tools to help their gardens flourish even if the tools are exposed to the elements. One reason these tools are so durable and attractive is a dry finishing process called powder coating which produces a weather-resistant, uniform finish.
Powder coated products for gardening include edgers, spreaders, garden tillers, lawn mowers and wheelbarrows but also hammocks, swing stands and gazebos, landscape luminaries, patio furniture and umbrellas.
Powder coating is also used on beach chairs, fishing equipment, tent poles and golf clubs.
