Cheesy Vegetable Soup

1˝ cups celery, diced

1 /2 cups carrots, diced

2˝ cups potatoes, diced

1 10 oz. package broccoli,

diced to bite size

1 10 oz. package cauliflower,

diced to bite size

2 cans of cream of chicken soup

3 chicken bouillon cubes

1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed

Simmer all ingredients except cheese for 2 hours or until veggies are tender. Reduce heat and add cubed cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
