St. Simon girls win City-County Championship


The St. Simon eighth-grade girls soccer team won the Intermediate Open Division City-County Championship. The girls defeated St. Norbert 1-0 in double overtime. They finished the season undefeated with a record of 16-0-1 and won the St. Margaret Mary Alacoque Tournament. Pictured, first row, from left, are: Christine Kutis and Sabrina Drennan.
