Baseball team makes donation
The 2003 Queen of All Saints Spring Fling 10-U Baseball Tournament was a great success despite rain and hail that canceled two days of the tournament. The tournament is a service project for the Oakville Eagles baseball team. All the net proceeds from the tournament, concession sales and other fund-raising activities are donated to the QAS Activities Association. This year, $2,141.72 was donated. The event also featured a carnival with fire and police vehicles and face painting performed by the QAS Girl Scout troop.
