January 16, 2013 - The 2013 Tiger Tot Program at Oakville Senior High School, 5557 Milburn Road, will begin in April.
As part of the school's Parenting 2 curriculum, students will gain knowledge and experience in working with preschool children. During their preschool practicums, students will plan, implement and evaluate age-appropriate and developmentally appropriate activities, according to a news release.
Tiger Tots are 3 to 5 years old and must be potty trained. The Tiger Tot Program will begin Tuesday, April 2, and end Thursday, May 9. The program will not be offered May 1 because of an early dismissal.
The program meets from 11:15 a.m. to 1:50 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays. Children may attend two days a week for $25 or four days for $50 for the entire nine weeks.
Enrollment information is available by calling Pam Cooper at (314) 467-7134 or Betsy O'Toole at (314) 467-7131.
