Mehlville School District sets town-hall meeting

October 03, 2012 - The Mehlville School District will sponsor its first town-hall meeting of the 2012-2013 school year at 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22, at Genesis Banquet Center, 2651 Telegraph Road.

Superintendent Eric Knost began hosting the town-hall meetings last school year to engage the community. The meetings have no agenda and are driven by questions from residents.

Topics covered at the previous meetings have included the construction of tennis courts at Bernard Middle School, the $6 million auditorium planned to be built on the Mehlville Senior High School campus and tuition-free, full-day kindergarten.
