February 13, 2013 - The Oakville High School Speech and Debate Team is on a roll. The team recently took second place overall at the Greater St. Louis Speech Association Tournament, according to a news release. More recently, the Speech and Debate team tied with Parkway West for third place at the Jefferson City Capital Classic Invitational. Twenty-five schools competed, with Parkview taking first and Kickapoo second. In contrast to Parkview's 76 students, Oakville brought 14.
